做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
