做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
