做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫(jì )鱼(yú ),洗净淮(huái )山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲(bāo )一个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
