做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调(diào )味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
