做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
