做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
