做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
