做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
