做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
