做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
