做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
