做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
