做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
