做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
