做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和(hé )其他(tā )材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一(yī )个(gè )半小时,下盐(yán )调味(wèi )即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
