做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
