做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
