做(zuò )法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油(yóu )六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和(hé )其他(tā )材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
