做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
