做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
