做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至(zhì )微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武(wǔ )火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
