做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
