做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净(jìng )淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水(shuǐ )把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材(cái )料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
