做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
