做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热(rè )锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的(de )鲫鱼和其他材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时,下盐(yán )调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
