做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
