做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
