做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
