做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
