做(zuò )法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮(huái )山和薏米。用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放(fàng )两(liǎng )勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
