做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
