做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
