做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
