做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块(kuài )在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油(yóu ),待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的(de )鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐调味(wèi )即可(kě )品尝。 -
