做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
