做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
