做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
