做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
