做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六(liù )成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫(jì )鱼(yú )和(hé )其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火(huǒ )煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
