做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
