做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的(de )清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
