做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
