做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
