做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
