做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
