做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
