做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上擦(cā )一遍,放两(liǎng )勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下盐调(diào )味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
