做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
