做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
