做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的(de )时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
